Our journey began in 2015 with a passion for home design and a commitment to crafting refined interiors. Specializing in beach houses and luxury rentals, HTH curates thoughtful spaces that complement the laid back lifestyle of the beach.

FOUNDER, LEAD DESIGNErHi, I’m Hannah, the founder and lead designer at HTH.
I have known a love for interiors for as long as I can recall. As a child, I would end each night watching HGTV with my mom. I flipped my first home while in college pursuing a degree in Business. My fascination with interiors grew as I designed each room of the home. I loved the process of identifying a space’s potential, creating a plan, and bringing a space to life. This passion ultimately led me to launch my own design business alongside my corporate career.
our experienceOperating with over a decade of experience in the world of interiors and property development
I spent a decade working in the flooring industry, recently retiring from a national sales role for a California based luxury flooring manufacturer, a leader in the design industry. In this role, I worked with some of the country’s most talented and renowned builders and designers. This experience provided a well-rounded understanding of new construction and high design.
Over the same decade, my husband and I ventured into property development, flipping and constructing single-family homes, most recently completing our 15th project. Extensive experience in general contracting our own projects taught us about much more than pretty finishes and thoughtful design. Thorough understanding of the construction process and materials allows us to execute exceptional, efficient spaces from the inside out.
Most recently, we built a summer home in Michigan. I drew the floor plan and elevations, and got the opportunity to design every detail from scratch. After moving eight times in eight years, I have a very strong sense of function and am passionate about practical design, pouring thought into each detail, and creating spaces that make sense.
from the snow to the seaIn early 2024, our family relocated to coastal 30A to raise our children in the sunshine.
We packed our bags and drove 16 hours South with our two-year-old, Brooks, and four week old, Sutton Kate. Though we were hesitant to leave a flourishing business in Michigan, God opened many doors and led our family down to the beach to stay. We couldn’t be more grateful to consider ourselves Floridians and are thrilled to be involved in design projects by the beach!
Design philosophy and approach
We believe that the most timeless elements are those derived from our natural surrounding.
Nature never goes out of style! We use organic, natural materials where possible, resulting in spaces that simulate the depth and tranquility that we find outdoors. Most notably, we are inspired by the coast, both Michigan’s sandy lakeshore and 30A’s crystal clear beaches.
Minimalism is a large part of our design approach and identity.
To help cope with all of life’s stimulation (technology, life maintenance, busy calendars, and in our current phase of life- dozens of plastic neon toys), we deliver homes that are warm yet minimal, leaving enough space to handle the chaos of real life. It’s our mission to create spaces that provide stability, comfort, and a sense of calm.
